Imperial Yeast B56 Rustic Belgian Ale - Liquid Yeast
B56 is the perfect choice for Belgian beers where a high ester content is important.
The yeast produces fruity, juicy flavors that complement the complex maltiness.
This is balanced by a slight clove phenolic profile.
This strain tested positive for the STA1 gene by PCR analysis and is therefore considered Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. Diastaticus.
