Imperial Yeast A44 Kveiking - liquid yeast
Imperials Kveiking is a blend of three norwegian Kveik strains which produces an insane amount of tropical fruits like pineapple and guave. Especially when these strong tropical fruit notes are desired, low pitch rates should be combined with high a fermentation temperature. Due to containing flocculent and non flocculent strains, the clarity oft he final product may vary.
Use Kveiking for anything from new school hazy IPAs, Pale Ales or norwegian farmhouse beers. Even for kettle soured worts this blend can be used.
