Imperial Yeast A09 Pub Ale - Liquid Yeast
With A09 Pub Ale you can brew very light beers. The yeast ferments very quickly, therefore it also flocculates quickly.
The yeast also produces much more eser than other ale yeasts.
Be sure to do a sufficient diacteyl rest with this yeast.

Apparent final degree of fermentation: 69 % - 74 %.
Fermentation temperature: 18 °C - 21 °C
Alcohol tolerance: 10 %

Sufficient for approx. 19 liters of wort
Usage: The yeast can be used directly. However, if you brew more than 19 liters, a wort with over 17 °P or a yeast pack that is older than 4 months, it is recommended to make a yeast starter.
