Hüll Melon 100 g pellets TYPE 90

This hop variety has a distinctive honeydew melon and strawberry note and was only approved in 2012, as a daughter of Cascade.

The alpha acidity varies depending on the crop year

Raw hops
Fruit tea especially peach tea as well as herbaceous spicy lemon balm, anise, lavender and geranium in the raw hops give the beer its special flavor.

Cold extract*
Sweet-fruity aromas of wild berry and melon. Rounded off by creamy notes of yogurt.

Origin: Germany / Hüll

Contents: 100 g in a vacuum bag

* for cold extract was dissolved 2 gr pellets on 200 ml of water (20 ° C) for 30 min.
