Hallertauer Mittelfrüh 500 g pellets TYPE 90

Due to its high susceptibility to wilt disease, this hop had already disappeared.
However, thanks to high demand and new availability, the variety made a comeback.

Alpha acidity varies depending on the crop year.

Raw hops
Characterized by spicy-woody aromas such as licorice and hay with light notes of blackberry.

Cold extract*
Floral and tea-like components.

Origin: Germany / Hallertau
