German Hallertau Cascade Aroma Hops 100 g Pellets TYPE 90
This hop variety can be used as an aroma hop. It is a young hop from the Hallertau growing region with a distinct aroma towards citrus. Cascade hops are one of the most popular varieties in the craft brewer scene. Brewers can use larger quantities without any problems, as it gives off a very mild bitter taste even with high hop loads.
The alpha acid varies depending on the crop year.
Raw hops
Creamy caramel as well as fruity notes of blackberry and mango. Has a characteristic citrus and grapefruit character. Strong citrus aromas in the foreground.
