Pilsner is a very tart and balanced bitter beer, as it is brewed with bitter, highly refined noble hops. It is the best known beer with a typically slightly cereal, mild Pilsner character with floral, spicy hop notes. Its flavor expresses crisp, bitter and a semi-dry finish. You get a home-brewed, characteristic Pilsner beer with our Pilsner malt blend.

Color: light yellow - golden yellow
Original wort: up to 12 °P
Alcohol content: about 5 %
Bitterness: 25 - 45 IBU
Fermentation: bottom fermented
Mash Water: 18 liters
Sparge Water: 16 liters
