Malt Mix Altbier - crushed
The originally Altbier comes from the city Düsseldorf and doesn't stand for old beer, but for beer according to the old brewing method. After the invention of the refrigeration machine, bottom fermented beer styles were often brewed and the old beer has faded more and more into the backround. The cooper colored beer has an extraordinary maltiness which is usually paired with a subtle hop flower. Darker base malts are used here.
