Krispy is a proprietary Kveik blended from two strains out of the Skare culture. These two strains got seperated, because they ferment very neutral and clean, while dropping out of solution fast. That´s why Krispy is a great choice for all kinds of pseudo lagers. As the beers are fermented warmer with Krispy, they tend to be finished in a shorter time.
