East Kent Golding - pellets type 90
This hop sort has a subtle flavour and is called the king under the English hop sorts. There is no better hop sort for original IPA's or traditional English Bitters.
Flavours of marjoram, cardamom and woodruff are in the foreground. Also a stringy spicy taste with a small sour touch of citrus.
Flavours of creamy-caramel such as gingerbread and spekulatius and also vegetal nuances of artichoke.
