East Kent Golding 100 g pellets TYPE 90
This hop has a very fine aroma and is rightly called the king of English hops. For an original IPA or a traditional English bitter, there is no better hop.
Aromas of marjoram, cardamom and woodruff are prominent, imparting a woody, spicy flavor with a little tart hint of citrus notes.
Creamy caramel flavors of gingerbread and speculoos as well as vegetal artichoke nuances.
Alpha acidity varies by harvest year.
