This malt is characterized by a high proportion of dextrins and high-molecular proteins, which is achieved through a spezial manufacturing process. This makes Carapils ideal for improving foam, foam stability and full-bodiedness. Due to its light malt colour, Carapils can be used universally, whether light or dark beer styles.
