This malt, made from finest German quality brewing barley, gets its typical aroma from a special manufacturing process. It is characterized by its high aroma complexity and is also used to intensify the taste. The colour of the beer is also rounded of and gives it a reddish sheen.

Light roasted aromas, notes of roasted nuts, dark caramel, and dried fruits
