Once cultivated as replacement for Northern Brewer but today in use worldwide. One of this reasons could be the apart flavour.

Leaf hops
Flavours of red berries such as redcurrant, ethereal substances, fresh spices and rosy-flowery to creamy-yogurt.

Cold extraction*
Predominated flavour of green-grassy and tastes of tea such as balm and hay. Additionally expanded with sweet honey and fresh lemon ingredients.
