Saison Parfait means ?perfect Saison? and this blend definitely lives up to ones name.
Citrus, banana and lime peel as well as spicy aromas aren´t unknown descriptors when using this yeast. Although it is a high attenuative strain, Saison Parfait produces a full bodied mouthfeel. On top of that, it drops out quickly so a bright beer can be expected soon.
