Bier-Kwik® Mini Brewing Kit 5-Liters - Helles

The set already includes necessary utensils such as malt, hops, yeast, brewing bucket, cleaner and much more. Step-by-step instruction is also included in the set.
All you need are pots with a capacity of about 12 liters and 5 liters, a measuring cup and a scoop.
On bottling day, you'll need sugar, a keg or bottles so you can bottle your brewed beer.
The set can be reused. To continue brewing, all you need is one of our refill packs.

The brewing malt used is already weighed, ground and packed airtight by us
We weight the hops exactly to the gram for you, so you can start brewing right away.

Malt mix Helles
Helles is a tangy beer with a slightly hoppy note and a characteristic light yellow color. Its bitter taste is balanced by the addition of malt, resulting in a lightly malty full-bodiedness.

Set Top mit kleinen Abzügen
Nach dem Microbrauset hab ich mich mit diesem Set erweitert. Auch hier war die Anleitung wieder sehr gut. Leider habe ich erst, als die Würze fertig war, bemerkt dass der Auslauf des Gäreimers einen kleinen Riss hatte. Kann passieren, ich bin mir sicher, dass sowas auch schnell geregelt werden kann (und wird ;)) aber meine Würze war ja nun schon fertig… also hab ich die Stelle von außen mit Klebeband abgedichtet, und dann hat auch alles funktioniert.
Das Bier ist wirklich sehr lecker geworden. Kann ich absolut empfehlen.
Nachtrag: mittlerweile braue ich 10-20l Sude. Da wäre eine prozentuale Aufschlüsselung der Malzanteile natürlich toll, um es wieder zu brauen! Denn es ist wirklich lecker - alternativ noch ein 20l Kit ins Programm nehmen ;)
