This micro brewing set includes malt for a Altbier beer to produce your own beer as easy and comfortable as never bevor because now brewing beer belongs also to the reportoire of an all-in-one kitchen machine.

The Altbier gets it's notes through the hop aroma. It produces a strong and intensive dark beer. It's taste is supported by the malt character and results in a full-bodied self brewed beer. In this set everything you need for brewing your own beer is included. From a special fermenting tank, equipment, malt mix for your first beer up to the bottles and tasting glasses. Ich bin begeistert
Mich hat das Microbrauset sehr gereizt, da ich sowieso schon ein Thermomix Fan bin. Die Bestellung kam sehr zügig an. Alle Teile machen einen Wertingen Eindruck. Die Anleitung, die dem Set beiliegt ist klar strukturiert und gut zu verstehen.
Das Altbier, das ich mit diesem Set gebraut habe hat mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Es hat mich auf jeden Fall angefixt weiter zu brauen.
Hier kommen wir auch schon zum einzigen Negativpunkt: die gebraute Menge ist sehr klein :D ( ich habe mir direkt das 5L Helles Brauset des selben Herstellers bestellt ;) )
Ich kann dieses Set absolut empfehlen, und auch wenn man sich anschließend vergrößern sollte, hat man mit dem 2l Gärbehälter immer die Möglichkeit mit einer kleinen Sudmenge noch mal zu experimentieren .
