BEST A-XL is a traditional German barley variety from the Alexis. It provides a golden color as well as a full body.
An increased amount of free amino nitrogen (FAN) provides a particularly suitable yeast supply.
BEST A-XL shows up to 30 percent more foam stability in the beer glass compared to conventional standard malts in tests due to its balanced proteolytic and cytolytic properties.
