Aurora 100 g pellets TYPE 90 - about 8.4 % Alpha Crop 2021

Aurora can be used for both bittering and aroma hopping and has an intense but pleasant hoppy aroma. In addition, the variety is characterized by very good storage stability and a rich green color. This cultivar convinces due to its spicy notes.

Raw hops
The spiciness of lovage, marjoram, lavender and anise are pleasantly rounded off by fruity lime and tangerine aromas and resinous, woody notes of incense.

Cold extract*
More reminiscent of tea and citrus with floral tips accompanied by lemongrass notes.

Note: Ideal for ales, but can also be used for lagers.
