Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire Ale Yeast

Profil: Diese Sorte produziert Biere mit einem vollen, zähen Malzgeschmack und -charakter, endet aber trocken und ergibt bekanntermaßen ausgewogene Biere. Erwarten Sie moderate Nuss- und Steinfruchtester. Wird am besten für die Herstellung von fasskonditionierten Bitter-, ESB- und milden Ales verwendet. Zuverlässig flockend, ergibt helles Bier ohne Filtration.

Flockung: Hoch
Däpfung: 67-71%
Temperaturspanne: 64-72°F (18-22°C)

Biersorten: Blonde Ale, English IPA, Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale), Oatmeal Stout, Southern English Brown, Special/Best/Premium Bitter, Standard/Ordinary Bitter, Sweet Stout

Hinweis: Während des Transportes kann es vorkommen, dass die Hefepackung aufgrund eine Restmenge von Nährlösung anschwillt, da die Hefe in geringem Umfang gärt und Co2 erzeugt.
Das Anschwellen der Packung ist KEIN Anzeichen von Verderb, sondern kann produktionsbedingt vorkommen, vorausgesetzt, die Hefe hat das MHD noch nicht überschritten.
Manche Hefestämme sind hierfür anfälliger als andere.
